SireAdvanced Molecular Simulation Framework

I am in the process of updating the Sire website - both to update to the latest version of drupal (the content managment software used for this site - I was on version 5, but have upgraded to version 6.5) - and to being the process of making this site a little more professional.

There were lots of things I wanted to put into this site that I never got around to doing, e.g. writing short documents describing the design decisions and architecture of Sire. Now that the design of Sire is nearly complete, it is about time that I started this task, and also added more information to this site about what it is that the program is actually design to be able to do.

For the moment though, the site will be in a state of flux as I update everything. I'll also have to work out how to theme the site so that it looks a little better (it is rather basic at the moment).

I'll also have to add back all of my older blog posts - they are currently locked away in the old site database and will need extracting...
